ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER
- Currently in the same position or at least 3 years experience as FOM in
4-5 star hotels
- Well versed in Rooms Division operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Meticulous or detailed person

GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER
- Experience in the same position or currently as FO Assistant Manager or
  Guest Relations Supervisor/Assistant Manager in an international standard
hotel
- Good knowledge of FO and Concierge operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good self presentation
- Good English proficiency

IT MANAGER
-  All round IT skills
-  Good exposure to complex hotel IT challenges
-  Good vendor relations
-  Good negotiation skills
-  PMS installation
-  System upgrade experience
-  Master in Fidelio system

ASSISTANT TRAINING MANAGER
- Hotel Training background and experience is preferable
- Good English proficiency
- Good leadership skills
- Service oriented person
- Good communication skills
- Highly motivated towards responsibility
