Currently they are seeking several qualified candidates to join their team as:
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER CENTRAL
Main Duties :
¨ Manage, coach and lead sales manager & sales co to ensure achievement of NPS targets and KPI targets in his respective region
¨ Execute marketing strategy into action in his respective regio
¨ Set up business planning, sales target and strategy to execute NPS target
¨ Held regular Sales Meeting to review area performance of team members including planning, executing and evaluating strategy implemented
¨ Distributor management, including profitability
¨ Understanding and sharing with team members all areas of the Foodservice Industry, including culinary trends, techniques, and hygiene requirements
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Male, max 35 years old
- Minimum 5 years of sales working experience
- Strong capability in dealing with diversified people & passion to succeed
- Good Project management skills
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skill
- Experience in handling distributors
- Good leadership skill
