Our client is a fun, creative and a well-known brand based in Hampshire, this is a rare opportunity to join their creative team at a senior level as an In House Designer. Managing and motivating two designers, this is a responsible yet hands on role. You will be working on regular trade marketing POS from inception to completion, which includes flyers, in-store posters etc, with occasional support required for web banners. The ideal candidate will have solid graphic design experience with proven management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Focus on the design of weekly trade marketing POS
Develop designs for frequent in-house promotions
Support brand identity
Support web design as required

Skills & Experience:
Experience as an In House Designer
Proven management experience
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated
Good attention to detail
