in Indonesia is seeking for the following position :

HR Manager Plantation (HRM-Plant)

Qualification :

1. Bachelor degree (S-1), any discipline
2. Having + 5 years experience handling employee in plantation with minimum numbers of 1000 employees.
3. Having good analytical thinking and adaptable to changes
4. Able to work independently and also as a team.
5. Able to communicate oral and written in English.
6. Willing to be based in Kalimantan.
